Born Sunday, September 30, 1956 in Murphysboro, Illinois to Ed and Shirley (Avery) Morrison. She was the wife of Patrick Gurley of Sesser he survives. she was survived by 4 sons; Darron and wife Lea Crabtree of Carbondale, Christopher and wife Robin Crabtree of Carbondale, Isaac Gurley of Herrin and Payton Gurley of Seattle WA, 1 daughter Sha-ree Swallers of Chester. She also has 4 sisters; Raena Imhoff of Murphysboro Ill, Annie Morrison of Fayetteville Arkansas, Daphne Litchfield of Hardin KY and Teresa Morrison of Lick Creek Ill and 4 brothers; Buddy Morrison of Murphysboro, Calvin and Malcolm Morrison of Carbondale and John Morrison of Kentucky. She also has 6 grand children; Jesse M Gurley of Herrin, Dominick Gurley of Herrin, Brennon Gurley of Herrin, Ethan and Lorrain Crabtree of Carbondale and Noah Swallers of Chester. Her wishes were to be cremated. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at Van Natta Funeral Home, 5361 Park Street Road, Mulkeytown, Illinois.
