Deah Sanders

Mrs. Deah Sanders, age 46, died Sunday, March 10, 2013, at Herrin Hospital in Herrin, IL. Mrs.Sanders was born in Herrin to Art and Brenda (Davie) Evans June 17, 1966. She is survived by her 2 sisters; Crystal and husband Don Johnson of Murphysboro, Toni and husband Jason Williams of Pittsburg and 1 brother Todd and wife Jamie Evans of Ferges. She is also survived by 1 son Levi Funk of Pittsburg, her father of Herrin and 4 nephews and 2 nieces. She was a waitress at Pizza Hut in Marion for 12 years and was a horse lover and barrel raced at the rodeo. She attended the Lone Oak Baptist Church in Energy. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and her mother. Memorial donations can be made to the family to help with expenses, envelopes will be provided. Memorial service will be at 4:00pm Friday at Van Natta Funeral Home with Rev. Gilbert Craig officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00pm until 4:00pm also on Friday at the funeral home.
