Sesser- Mr. Jimmy Hester, age , died at 5:00am Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at his home. He was born in DuQuoin Ill., March 2, 1957 to John and Catherine (Dasher) Hester. He is survived by his lifelong companion Mary Elaine Hester, 1 son Jimmy A. Hester, 1 daughter Carrie Hester, 1 granddaughter Isabelle Hester all of Sesser. Other survivors include 8 brothers; Loren Hester of Harrisburg, Charles Hester of Gorham, Frank Hester of DuQuoin, Robert Warren of Zeigler, Charles Hester of Tuka Ill., Richard Hester of Salem, Ray Hester of Elkville, and Clifford Cavins of Zeigler and 4 sisters; Dorothy Hiaton of DuQuoin, Lois Loucks of Cadet Mo., Bessie Russell of Salem and Rosetta Jones of Phoenix Al. and 1 aunt Marie Miller of DuQuoin. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother and 1 sister. Visitation will be from 10:00am until 1:00pm and funeral will be at 1:00pm Friday April 19, 2013 with Rev. Max Voyles will officiate at Van Natta Funeral Home Rt 148 between Christopher and Sesser. Burial will be in the Old DuQuoin Cemetery in DuQuoin Ill.
