Clara Marie Moore

Clara Marie Moore, 86 of Herrin, Illinois died on Saturday, December 14, 2013, at Parkway Manor Nursing Home in Marion, Illinois. She was born Wednesday, February 23, 1927 in Hurst, Illinois. She was a member of Eastern Star and past Worthy Matron, White Shrine and member of Union Gospel Mission Church in Herrin. She is survived by 2 sons, Monte and Julia (Boots) Moore and Rodney and Donna Moore both of Carterville, 4 grand children, Kevin and Lisa Moore of Carterville, Brandy and Scott Anderson of Christopher, Melinda Moore and husband Joseph Cervantez of Carterville and Adam Moore of Carterville. Also surviving is 4 great grandchildren, Allie and Kaden Anderson, Cannon and Cason Cervantez, special friend Jewell Murphy of Ferges. She was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Margaret (Modglin) Glodo , her husband Bill Moore and 1 brother Henry Glodo A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday at Van Natta Funeral Home located at 427 South Park Avenue Herrin, Illinois 62948 with the Rev. Mike Glodo officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00pm to 2:00 pm on Tuesday. Interment will be in Herrin City Cemetery, Herrin, IL.
