Mr. Bobby D. Prather, age 76, of Johnston City, IL, died Saturday, June 21, 2008, at Franklin County Hospital in Benton, IL. He was born in Orayville Ill. Sept. 12,1931.He was the son of the late Wavie (Peck) Prather and the late Isabell Addison He was Preceded in death by 1 brother Ralph Prather and 1 nephew Michael Prather He is also survived by Two Daughters: Rebecca Prather, Kansas City, MO Mrs. Linda Fisher, Kansas City, MO One Sister: Mrs. Juanita Schoolcraft, and husband Art Carbondale, IL One Brother: Mr. Jack Prather and Wife Bernice of Herrin Ill and 1 Sister -in-law Dorothy Prather of Herrin 1 Grand Daughter Katie Fisher California and 1 Gr Grand daughter Grace Fisher of Kansas City Mo. several neices and nephews Mr. Prather was a Retired Post Master and Veteran of the Army Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11:00am at Van Natta Funeral Home, 427 South Park, Herrin, IL Rev Don Colson will officiate the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, June 24, 2008.
