Jonna R. Lingle

Jonna R. Lingle 70 of Herrin passed away on October 15, 2022 at the Stonebridge Rehab Center. She was born in Herrin to John and Helen (Howell) Lingle on August 23, 1952. She was retired from Maytag and enjoyed, cooking, gardening, hunting, fishing and camping. Jonna is survived by 1 daughter,  Shaelee Lingle of Herrin, brother Jim and Jody Murphy of Herrin, sister, Darla Rolando of Herrin, brother Richard and Jo Ann Higdon of Bermuda Dunes California,sister Susie and Gene Sizemore of Herrin, sister Sissy Collins of Marion, sister Debbie Gosnell and Lisa Emery of Herrin.  She is also survived by nieces and nephews, Jim (Jamie) Murphy of Highland, Kim (Wally) Meneese of Johnston City, Tim (Jory) Murphy of Marion, Genny (Rob) Shadowens of Herrin, Michelle (Greg) Shadowens, Steven Sizemore of Johnston City, Rhonda Higdon of Bermuda Dunes California and several great nieces nephews, great great nieces and nephews and her beloved dog Butchie. She was preceded in death by parents, brother in law Mike Rolando, infant brother Johnie Ray and great niece Ashtyn Rea. Funeral will be at 1:00pm Wednesday at the Van Natta Funeral Home in Herrin and Rev. Ralph Brandon will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00am until time of service on Wednesday.
